Card Rebalancing

Cards 1-598 have undergone a massive rebalance. It's impossible to list them all here, but if you want to check out the "before and after" for every card, take a look at the commit history: github.com/sabinelab/sabine/commit/d2e1c22b0b3986b7662a87a9573dc79a7ec87a80.

Other Updates

• Fixed a bug where some live matches and news notifications weren't being sent.
• Added the /profile command so you can view your player stats and info.
• The pity system has been removed indefinitely. It will likely be replaced by a more intuitive system in the future.
  • You can now track your claims through the new /profile command.
• The /duel command has been renamed to /battle.
• The /roster command has been updated to be more intuitive:
  • You now use /roster active and /roster reserve.
